Firmware update for Fujifilm X10

The firmware update Ver.1.03 incorporates the following issues:
- New function for "RAW" button can be applied by user's preference by holding down RAW button for approx. 2 second or more, RAW button can be applied into new function similar to "Fn" button setting.
- Each value set on ISO sensitivity and Dynamic range can be maintained even if aperture setting mode (P / A / S / M) is changed.
- Face detection function is upgraded to keep tracking face by means of face-tracking AF function. As this function is activated even in movie recording mode, AF on detected face in the movie becomes more effective.
- Blooming (White disk) phenomena, which can be observed in EXR AUTO mode, is reduced.
- Compatibility on Mac OS 10.7. When the camera is connected to Mac PC on Mac OS 10.7, the camera is effectively recognised. Additionally, compatibility on RAW FILE CONVERTER EX with Mac OS 10.7 has been confirmed.
- AF confirmation sound was controlled on "SHUTTER VOLUME" in the SET-UP menu. It is now controlled on "OPERATION VOL." in the SET-UP menu

Did not like linking AF confirmation to Operation Volume.
I feel operations clicking so anoying that I prefer to turn Operation Volume OFF, but with this new firmware, can't do this anymore.
To me is far more intuitive linking AF confirmation to Shutter Volume, as both are associated with the shutter button.

This firmware doesn't solve problems:
1. assign fn or RAW button for movie;
2. in movie mode autofocus hunt too long if the distance to object is change (even slow change);if during filming lights appear in context it loses focus;
3. in photo mode is not correctly estimated speed of movement of objects and people to adjust shutter speed;
4. indor automatic white balance make the white to be green;
5. in movie mode doesn't have Supermacro and Manual focus distance. Focus button on the front doesn't work in video mode;
6. Advanced anti blur can't be set in other modes than EXR AUTO.
How can I make my problems to go to FUJIFILM and get an answer?

Data files of RAW-pictures cannot be laoded into the photoshop program. Error:
CCD-RAW-files cannot be registered.
What can I do, to get the the CCD-RAW-pictures into the photoshop?

Blooming issue is not reduced...... Please just fix it it really spoils an otherwise nice little camera.
This is quite possiblly the last fuji camera i will buy for a pro line camera (fujis description not mine) its not good enough.

Another feature that is not in camera settings (unexpected):
Min. shutter speed: I can not select minimum shutter speed, as in other devices. Why?

To walter geller - you need to have the latest version of photoshop, either CS5 or Elements 10. Adobe only update the current versions for new cameras. Alternatively, consider changing the X10 RAF files for .dng files using Adobe DNG converter, then you can open them in Adobe Camera Raw.
Also find the latest firmware does not reduce white orbs! See http://www.pbase.com/chrisg_62/image/141920752
But it's not that big a deal for me.

Agree with the first comment. The option to remove the sound of button presses now is linked to the shutter sounds - lose one lose them both.
Also it would be great to assign film mode to the raw or fn buttons.
